Trial set for man accused of killing Sampson Bleh

FARGO – A court date is set for a Fargo man accused of killing another man.

Leo Dartoe faces an intentional murder felony charge stemming from the 2024 death of 35-year-old Sampson Bleh.

Bleh was shot twice in an apartment in Fargo, according to our partners at Valley News Live. Authorities provided lifesaving care, and Bleh died at the hospital.

Dartoe was on the run from police until being caught in Atlanta, Georgia.

His jury trial is set for February 24, with a pretrial conference the day before.
