FARGO, ND – Fargo Police say a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday afternoon led to one vehicle rolling over.
The Fargo Police Department responded to the crash in the intersection of 14th Street North and 1st Avenue North at 3:50 p.m. Responding officers located two vehicles – one on its roof and another with significant damage.
An investigation determined a southbound vehicle, driven by 54-year-old Fargo resident Shawn Gummeringer, entered the intersection and struck a westbound vehicle. The impact caused his vehicle to overturn.
No serious injuries were reported, and all involved declined ambulance transport.
Gummeringer was cited for Failure to Yield the Right of Way at an Intersection.
