FARGO, N.D. – The U.S. Secretary of Labor is in North Dakota today.
The press secretary for Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer, Hunter Lovell, tells Flag Family News that she’s visiting Fargo as a part of her 50-state ‘America at Work’ Tour.
The tour, which kicked off in 2025, will allow Chavez-DeRemer ‘to hear more about the challenges and opportunities facing everyday Americans at work,’ according to the Department of Labor.
“D.C. bureaucrats shouldn’t be telling modern-day businessowners and workers what’s best for them,” Secretary Chavez-DeRemer said in an April 2025 press release kicking off the tour. “As a businesswoman and former mayor, I’ve always found that getting the best results requires listening first. I’m excited to visit communities across the country to listen, learn, and bring hardworking Americans’ feedback to Washington to tell the story of America at Work.”
It’s unknown who she’s meeting with while in Fargo.
