Cass County, N.D. – The U.S. Postal Service is investigating a suspect accused of stealing gift cards and cash from mail either sent to, or sent from parts of Cass County.
On Facebook, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office posted a message from USPS about the case which involves outgoing and incoming mail.
The message says “some U.S. currency and gift cards have been recovered.”
A suspect has also been identified and is in the process of being prosecuted.
Affected communities named in the USPS letter are Lisbon, Enderlin, Sheldin, Kindred, Davenport, Leonard and Horace.
The post office is also asking people to fill out a questionnaire in relation to their probe.
