FARGO – A local group will be holding a vigil in memory of Charlie Kirk this week.
The Turning Point USA founder was assassinated last week while speaking at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, at a Turning Point USA event. A memorial service has been set next Sunday in Glendale, Ariz., at State Farm Stadium. The program will begin at 11 a.m. MT, with doors opening three hours before.
The vigil, which is open to the public, will be held Tuesday at NDSU’s Churchill Field, located south of Churchill Hall at the intersection of North University Drive and Centennial Boulevard – near NDSU’s Memorial Union.
The vigil will begin at 7:30 p.m.
