WADENA COUNTY, Minn. – A hunter is hospitalized after falling from a deer stand in Wadena County.
It happened Saturday in Blueberry Township.
Deputies found a Menahga man who fell 15 feet lying under a deer stand unconscious, but breathing. First responders gave the man care until a helicopter arrived to bring him to a Fargo hospital.
