GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A Warroad man is accused of leading police on a pursuit in Grand Forks.
Police say 58-year-old Kelly Cleven was seen going west on Demers Avenue, violating traffic laws.
Officers tried to stop the pickup, but Cleven continued to drive, before stopping at Demers Avenue and South Washington Street before continuing.
Police eventually blocked Cleven’s vehicle in.
Cleven is charged with fleeing and preventing arrest.
