NORTH DAKOTA – Snow and wind have canceled and delayed flights at Hector International Airport in Fargo and at Grand Forks International Airport.
Planes to Chicago, Dallas, and Minneapolis and flights arriving from those cities have been canceled.
A flight from Grand Forks to Minneapolis has been canceled and a flight from Grand Forks to Las Vegas has been delayed.
