West Fargo-based Doosan Bobcat rolls out voluntary separation program

WEST FARGO, N.D. – Employees at Doosan Bobcat are being offered a voluntary separation program.

A spokeswoman with the company says they periodically review organizational structures ‘to ensure alignment with the business climate as well as future needs.’

“As part of that review, we have initiated a voluntary separation program to responsibly manage workforce needs while remaining focused on long-term stability, operational effectiveness and customer support,” spokeswoman Nadine Erckenbrack said. “This wasn’t a decision taken lightly. It’s a step intended to support both the long‑term health of the business and our employees, while continuing to deliver innovative products, services and technologies for our customers.”

She said the program is open to all full-time salaried employees within its United States footprint.
