WEST FARGO, N.D. – West Fargo Police arrest a man for several charges, including failing to register as a sex offender and carrying a concealed weapon, after a chase.
Officers tried to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on the 500 block of 17th Street East around 9:45 Tuesday morning. Authorities say the driver got out of the vehicle and ran and shortly was caught by officers.
Thirty-four-year-old Jonathan Grabowski, who police say has no permanent address, was arrested on suspicion of preventing arrest, fleeing and driving under suspension. Grabowski was convicted of federal conspiracy to commit sex abuse of a minor charges in 2018. He served three-and-a-half years in prison and was sentenced to five years of supervised release.
