WEST FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – West Fargo City Commission tabled a 2nd reading of an amendment to an ordinance about short-term rentals, like AirBNB.
Some want to dramatically limit that type of rental unit, citing concerns about safety, parking issues, and housing costs. Others think the limits are unfair.
Monday night, the commission voted 4-1 to table the discussion. They also decided to create a commission to study the idea and then report back.
