FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A West Fargo woman has been sentenced after pleading guilty to felony theft.
Mary Peterson was sentenced to 90 days in prison, with credit for 41 days served, followed by 3 years of probation.
Additionally, she’s been ordered to pay $828,357.15 in restitution.
Peterson was charged with stealing that amount of money from her former employer, Lunde Auto, over a period of 7 years.
