WEST FARGO, ND — West Fargo residents will pay more for utilities starting next year.
The city commission recently approved new fees for garbage, recycling, sewer, and water costs in the 2026 annual budget process. Officials say the five-year Public Works plan was approved to help the city catch up on fees. Customers will now pay upwards of 50 cents to 15-dollars more in monthly utilities, depending on usage.
The 2026 utility rates will be effective starting January 1st.
