(Miami, FL) -- A Florida lawyer who became infamous for having his pants catch fire during an arson trial is facing a cocaine charge.
Stephen Gutierrez of Miami was arrested Monday night during a routine traffic stop when police found a metal cylinder containing a white powder in his pocket.
The thirty-two-year-old reportedly blurted out, "That's cocaine." Gutierrez is known for his pants catching fire while representing a man accused of setting his car ablaze for the insurance money in 2017.
His law license is revoked and he's out of jail on bond.
