(Washington, DC) -- President Biden will sign the massive stimulus bill today. The White House says the bill signing will happen at 1:30 Eastern time. Biden was originally set to sign it Friday. Passage of the nearly two-trillion-dollar measure is Biden's first major legislative win as President. He called it an historic victory for the American people. The bill provides 14-hundred-dollar stimulus checks for most Americans.
