(Beaverton, OR) -- Nike is unrolling a new five-year plan to make a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
The footwear giant wants to have half of its employees be women by 2025, including 45-percent in leadership roles.
The company is also aiming for racial and ethnic minorities to make up 35-percent of its staff.
Executive pay is being tied into meeting those goals.
