(Woodcliff Lake, NJ) -- BMW expects at least half of its sales to be electric cars by 2030.
That's when the company hopes to phase out gas-powered vehicles. The goal is to have 12 electric models by 2023, including the new four-door sedan called the i-4.
It was unveiled Wednesday with more details coming soon. But the CEO confirmed they're releasing it this year, three months early.
One version should have an EPA range of 300 miles.
