More Tornadoes Predicted In Southeast

(Birmingham, AL)  --  Millions of Americans in the Southeast are bracing for more tornadoes today.  Over 20 tornadoes were reported in the South yesterday, mostly in Alabama and Mississippi.  Today the severe weather system is moving east into Georgia, the Carolinas, northern Florida and southern Virginia. The Storm Prediction Center says folks in the region should watch out for large hail, intense long-track tornadoes and damaging winds.  Forecasters are warning residents to stay alert for severe weather updates by phone or radio.
