Disney Updates Park Dress Code For Employees

(Burbank, CA) -- Disney is updating its park dress code for employees.

Cast members will no longer have to choose between a male and female costume and will instead have a wide range of options.

They'll also be able to show tattoos and have greater flexibility for jewelry, hair and nail styles.

Employees will still have to follow some rules, like keeping their hair a natural color and making sure their name tag is never covered.

Chairman of Disney parks Josh D'Amaro says Disney employees can provide a better guest experience when they're allowed to personally express themselves.
