CDC Issues New Guidance For Summer Camps

(Atlanta, GA) -- The CDC says fully vaccinated teens don't need to wear face masks or stay six feet away from others at summer camp.

However, the CDC says fully vaccinated teens should still wear masks where required, including at local businesses and workplaces.

The health agency also says unvaccinated teens generally do not need to wear masks when outdoors.

The previous guidance recommended all kids wear masks, with the exception of eating, drinking or swimming.
