(Los Angeles, CA) -- Britney Spears is stepping away from the stage and entering into retirement. At least, that's according to her longtime manager Larry Rudolph.
Multiple reports say Rudolph recently submitted his letter of resignation to Spears' personal conservator Jodi Montgomery and her father Jamie Spears.
In the letter, Rudolph reportedly claims Spears intends to officially retire from music. He said he believes "it is in Britney's best interest" for him to step aside since his "professional services are no longer needed" after 25 years of working together.
