(Cleveland, OH) -- The Cleveland Zoo is suing the Pittsburgh Zoo over an event's name.
The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo claims Pittsburgh stole the "Asian Lantern Festival" name, which is trademarked.
The lawsuit filed this month is asking the Pittsburgh Zoo to stop using the name, pay fees and issue corrective marketing.
It also accuses Pittsburgh Zoo officials of visiting the Asian Lantern Festival in Cleveland last year and then hosting the same show.
