(Los Angeles, CA) -- Reese Witherspoon's media company Hello Sunshine is getting a new owner.
A report shows the private-equity giant Blackstone Group Inc bought it for about 900-million dollars. Witherspoon said she started the company to change the way women are seen in media.
The actress added the partnership with Blackstone will allow for the company to tell more stories about women.
