Judge Sides With Cruise Industry Over Vaccine Passports

(Tallahassee, FL) -- Norwegian Cruise Line is moving forward with plans to set sail from Miami next weekend.

A federal judge Sunday ruled that the cruise line can require passengers to be vaccinated. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis had sued Norwegian to stop so-called vaccine passports.

The company plans to resume sailing from PortMiami next Sunday on the Norwegian Gem, and it says it's pleased to operate in the safest way possible with 100 percent vaccination of all guests and crew.
