(New York, NY) -- Bob Dylan's biographer says a sexual abuse claim against the legendary singer is "not possible."
He's written nine books about Dylan and says he was touring England in 1965, even spending two weeks in Los Angeles during the time a woman alleges she was abused.
The 65-year-old filed a lawsuit saying it happened over six weeks at a New York hotel when she was just 12.
A spokesperson for Dylan says the claim "will be vigorously defended."
