(Los Angeles, CA) -- A Hollywood strike is one step closer to happening.
About 60-thousand production workers voted in favor of a strike, which could halt many TV shows and movies. This doesn't guarantee a walkout though.
The president of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Union can decide when to do that if negotiations fail.
Workers want more rest breaks, time off and to be compensated for content on streaming services.
