(Phoenix, AZ) -- Almost a dozen Republican governors will be in Texas today to visit the U.S.-Mexico border.
This comes amid a recent surge in illegal crossings such as the thousands of Haitian migrants who made it across the Rio Grande River to camp out under a bridge.
Other states represented include Arizona, Oklahoma, Georgia, Ohio, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming.
