(Moscow) -- There appears to be a glimmer of hope in the Ukraine crisis.

Russia revealed overnight that it's pulling back some of the 150-thousand troops it has near the border. The soldiers are supposed to be returning to their military bases Tuesday after completing drills. But a Ukraine official isn't convinced.  He says they'll believe it when they see it.

Russia still denies it has plans to invade the country despite the U.S. warning it could happen any time this week.
