(Brunswick, GA) -- The hate crimes trial in the Georgia killing of Ahmaud Arbery is entering a new phase Monday.

Both sides will give closing arguments as prosecutors try to prove three men were motivated by race. A father and son and their neighbor were already convicted of chasing down Arbery two years while he was jogging and shooting him in the street. They were all sentenced to life last month.

The jury is expected to get the case by the end of the day.
