(Fargo, ND) -- Drivers heading out Monday should notice lighter traffic.
That's because millions of people have it off for Presidents Day including most schools. Government offices and some state offices are closed, along with banks and the stock market.
Don't expect any mail either as the Post Office is closed as well.
In Fargo, MATBUS will continue to operate on schedule, and garbage pickup will continue as well.
