Actor allegedly refused to leave Oscars after slap

(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Actor Will Smith reportedly refused to leave the Oscars after slapping comedian Chris Rock.  The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is meeting today to consider disciplinary action.  In a new statement, the Academy says they asked Smith to leave the ceremony after Sunday night's incident but he refused.
