(Washington, DC) -- Beware before filling those Easter baskets.
Some Kinder chocolates are being pulled from store shelves because they could be contaminated with salmonella. The recall includes Kinder Happy Moments Chocolate Assortment and Kinder Mix Chocolate Treats basket. Both were made in a facility where salmonella was detected.
This follows Ferrero recalling its popular Kinder Surprise eggs in Europe and Canada.
