(Chaleston, WV) -- West Virginia's only abortion clinic can resume services after a judge temporarily blocked state officials from enforcing a 19th century ban on abortions.

A circuit court judge on Monday granted the Women's Health Center of West Virginia a preliminary injunction against the law that makes performing or obtaining an abortion a felony.

The judge agreed the law was superseded by modern, conflicting laws.
