(Washington, DC)  --  A new study by the National Institutes of Health says the use of marijuana and hallucinogens hit an all-time high in 2021.  The study found the rate of marijuana use among people between ages 18 and 30 reached 43-percent, the highest since it was first monitored in 1988.  Almost ten-percent of adults in the same age range reported using hallucinogens, also the highest ever-recorded.
