(Cambridge, UK) -- A new report claims half the world's bird species are in decline.
The global organization BirdLife International has released its State of the World's Birds report.
It warns 49-percent of bird species worldwide are declining and one-in-eight are threatened with extinction.
The report also claims 73-percent of bird species are under stress from the expansion of agriculture.
