90,000lbs of ground beef recalled following discovery of "foreign material" in chubs

(Washington, DC) -- A nationwide distributor is recalling more than 90,000lbs of ground beef following the discovery of "foreign materials" in the products.

Tyson Fresh Meats says the recall was issued following the discovery of a reflective "mirror like" material inside chubs sold across the country.
