SCOTUS limits EPA's power to address water pollution

(Washington, DC)  --  The Supreme Court is limiting the EPA's power to address water pollution.

The highest court sided with a couple who have been battling the government as they try to develop an Idaho panhandle property.

The case centers on the Clean Water Act of 1972, one of the most important Supreme Court decisions relating to the environment.
