Supreme Court could issue two key decisions Friday

(Washington, DC)  --  The Supreme Court could soon rule on two major cases as it heads into the final stretch of its current session.

The high court heard arguments in February over two cases challenging President Biden's plan to forgive up to 20-thousand dollars in student-loan debt for eligible U.S. borrowers.

The Justices could issue a ruling on the cases as soon as Friday.

Meanwhile, the court may also rule on whether colleges can consider race in admissions decisions.

The court in 1978 declared affirmative action is lawful and has since reaffirmed that holding.
