Supreme Court to release major decisions regarding student loans and affirmative action

(Washington, D.C.) -- The Supreme Court has yet to release a pair of major decisions for this term.

The High Court did not hand down rulings on cases involving affirmative action and President Biden's student loan relief plan this week. Two cases are set to determine if colleges are able to use race in admission decisions. Meanwhile, two cases will decide if President Biden can move forward with his plan to cancel some student loan debt.

The Supreme Court is expected to announce more decisions Tuesday morning.
