(Washington, D.C.) -- President Biden's son is facing federal tax charges.

Special counsel David Weiss charged Hunter Biden on Thursday after a grand jury indicted him on nine counts, including three felonies. The charges include failing to file and pay taxes, tax evasion, and filing false tax returns. Prosecutors accuse Hunter Biden of failing to pay at least $1.4 million dollars in federal taxes from 2016 through 2019.

The indictment claims he made more than $7 million dollars from foreign business deals between those years.
