(Tel Aviv, Israel) — More than 24,000 people in Gaza have been killed since the start of the Israel-Hamas war back on October 7th according to a regional health ministry.
The claim comes from the Gaza Health Ministry, a facility run in the Hamas run Gaza Strip. The ministry also claims 60,000 people are injured due to the conflict. The Ministry does not differentiate between civilians and fighters who are injured or killed.
The current conflict was sparked by the Hamas attack on Israel that kill more than 1,200.
More than 85% of Palestinians in Gaza have been displaced due to the ongoing fighting.
