(Punxsutawney, PA) -- It looks like it'll be an early spring according to Punxsutawney Phil.
Pennsylvania's famous groundhog emerged from his tree stump this morning and failed to see his shadow. As the folklore goes, that means an early spring awaits us.
Seeing his shadow would have meant more cold weather in the forecast for weeks to come.
