(Washington, DC)  --  The Biden administration's legal case over social media moderation is being heard at the Supreme Court.

The justices are hearing arguments today over whether federal officials violated the first amendment when they urged platforms to remove false or misleading posts. The case stems from attempts by the administration to curb COVID misinformation.

Some republicans have argued it was a violation of the First Amendment, and now the Supreme Court will take up the case.
