WASHINGTON, DC – Minnesota Governor Tim Walz will be in Washington, D.C. on Thursday.
He’s one of three governors who will be testifying before the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform in a hearing. The hearing is in regard to sanctuary states and includes Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and New York Governor Kathy Hochul. Democracy Forward Foundation President and CEO Sky Perryman will also testify.
The committee is chaired by Republican Rep. James Comer of Kentucky.
