(Bismarck, ND) -- The Army Corps of Engineers is getting a two-month extension to decide on whether to shut down operations for the Dakota Access Pipeline. A hearing had been scheduled for today that would've forced the Corps to come to a decision on the flow of the DAPL. A judge moved that hearing to April 9th. The delay will allow the Army Corps more time to consult with the new administration before making a final decision.
