(Bismarck, ND) -- Some North Dakota lawmakers are targeting app stores seen as monopolistic with new legislation. The bill would ban stores such as Apple and Google Play from requiring developers to use only their app and payment system. The bill would also prohibit retaliation against developers. Opponents say the legislation is a form of interference and could be potentially harmful.
