Record Demand For Food Relief In North Dakota In 2020

(Fargo, ND)  --  North Dakota's only food bank says 2020 was a year of record demand as many faced setbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Great Plains Food Bank in Fargo says it provided 17-point-seven-million meals last year, nearly five-million more than in 2019.  The food bank worked last year with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to distribute food boxes through the Families Food Box program.
