ND House Passes Bill Giving Health Ins To Dependents Of Officers Killed

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The North Dakota House is moving a bill forward that would extend health insurance to the dependents of officers killed in the line of duty.  The bill would apply retroactively to employees killed in the line of duty back to the first day of 2010.  Five North Dakota families would immediately be affected by the bill.  It is headed to the Senate.
