(Grand Forks, ND) -- Grand Forks County has taken all of its emails offline after a foreign country tried to hack them. The county IT Department has notified all departments that their email server was hacked yesterday. Grand Forks Public Information Officer John Bernstrom says the hack didn't affect the city server.
