North Dakota Legislators Debating Election Bill

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota legislators are debating the details of an elections bill.  One issue concerns a proposed three-hour limit for election results to be delivered to county auditors after polls close.  The House passed the time limit, but the Senate struck down the proposal.  The time limit was reintroduced as an amendment to a different election bill.  The bill also includes a 30-minute time limit for voters to cast their ballots.
